Special Heart of Concord Edition!
Welcome to our email letter full of updates from Art Space, calls for art, exhibition news, and other fun things! This letter will focus on the upcoming Heart of Concord Art Market.
Art Space Heart of Concord schedule:
Art Space will be CLOSED Thursday April 23rd. Appointments are necessary and limited, please plan accordingly.
April 24th staff will be limited. Appointments are preferred.
Art Space will be CLOSED April 30th and May 1st. No appointments.
Art Space is open Monday through Friday from 10AM-3PM, Wednesday’s we’re open from 10AM-6PM. Please do not come before 10AM.
The next online meeting will be on 4/21/26 from 1-1:45PM. After that, the next meeting will be 5/5/26. Always on a Tuesday! The link will be sent out the day before, with a reminder the day of. If you’ve been missed from the meetings email list, please let me know! I’ll be happy to add you.
Artwork Drop off
Wednesday April 22nd Last day for ALL Artwork drop off at Art Space before 5:30pm
Thursday April 23rd ALL Artwork drop off at Concord 11am-4:30pm
Friday April 24th ALL Artwork drop off at Concord 11am-4:30pm
Saturday April 25th Last day for ALL Artwork drop off at Concord 11am-3pm
Artwork will not be accepted after the 25th unless you speak to Leslie, even the table art!Heart Reminders and Meetings
There will be a virtual meeting with Leslie on April 27th from 2PM-2:30PM, an in-person meeting at Art Space on April 28th from 2PM-3PM, and a virtual meeting on April 29th from 2PM-2:30PM.
These meetings will cover transportation communication and accessibility communication. Please save all your questions for these meetings.April 24th is the last day to print art prints, title cards, and business cards. Please make your plans now for these, do not wait until the last minute to ask for printed items.
Artists, your pricing lists are past due. We need them ASAP so they can be correctly inputted in the register system. NO prices will be changed on the day of the event.

Heart of Concord Alerts!
Heart of Concord is looking for face painters and live painters! Are you interested or know someone who is? Send us an email at 1221artspace@concordcounseling.org!
Drop off date for artwork is April 22rd-25th for everything. Including table artwork for indoor and outdoor artists. You will be able to set up your tables on the day of. You can drop your work off at Art Space or Concord Counseling. Please have your artwork gallery ready if you are an inside artist. This includes framing and wiring or sawtooth hangers. Please reach out before the drop off dates if you need help with these.
We are handing out postcards and flyers now! Come by Art Space to pick some up to give your friends, families, and any local establishments. We will also be bringing the materials to Concord, so please grab some to distribute!

Mural prep has begun! Watch our Art Space artists and local Columbus artist Ariel Peguero rock this painting! We’ll be having our artists and community members join in the mural painting at the Heart event, keep an eye out!
